 I still remember the day I decided to pursue an online career. I was excited, motivated, and ready to take on the world. But little did I know, my biggest enemy wasn't procrastination, lack of skills, or even competition - it was the high price of data in Nigeria.

As a Nigerian, I've grown accustomed to the struggles of living in a country where the cost of data is ridiculously high. But as an online entrepreneur, it was a constant source of frustration. I'd often find myself stuck, unable to complete tasks or respond to clients because I'd run out of data.

MTN, Nigeria's largest telecommunications provider, seemed to take pleasure in watching me struggle. Their data prices were (and still are) exorbitant, making it impossible for me to maintain a stable online presence.

I recall one particular incident where I missed out on a potential client because I didn't have enough data to respond to their WhatsApp call. It was a lucrative opportunity, one that could have taken my business to the next level. But alas, MTN's high data prices had other plans.

I tried to find ways to work around the problem. I'd visit cybercafes, borrow data from friends, or even resort to using free public Wi-Fi (which, let's be honest, is a security nightmare). But it wasn't sustainable. I needed a reliable and affordable data solution to grow my business.

To my fellow Nigerian online entrepreneurs, I say this: don't give up. Keep pushing, keep innovating, and keep finding ways to overcome the obstacles in your path.

And to the universe, I say this: can someone please, for the love of all things good and holy, provide us with affordable data prices?!
